In September 1996, Dan Plante and Karl Celtnieks founded Capitol Drywall, Inc. Since then, Capitol Drywall has maintained the best reputation in the business for consistently delivering high quality.

Capitol Drywall's highly trained employees are dedicated, experienced and committed to safety. Our office staff supports our employees in the field, by helping to provide quality management in every detail. To ensure these missions are effectively achieved, Capitol Drywall follows a partnership approach on every assignment it undertakes.

In 1999 Dan and Karl established Selective Demolition and Hauling which offers a diverse range of demolition and hauling services. Since its inception, Selective has built an outstanding reputation and has become one of the premier demolition contractors in the area. With their on time deliveries, and the do whatever it takes attitude has allowed the hauling division to be a prominent debris removal service.

In 2002 Capital Select Properties, LLC, Dan and Karl's third company finishes work on a 21,000-square-foot building located in Gathersburg, Maryland. The building is home to Capitol Drywall, Selective Demolition, and Capital Selective Properties.
