Company Background
In September of 1996, Dan Plante and Karl Celtnieks founded Capitol Drywall, Inc. Since then, Capitol Drywall has maintained the best reputation in the business for consistently delivering unparalleled quality. Capitol Drywall’s highly trained employees are dedicated, experienced and committed to safety. Our office staff supports our employees in the field, by helping to provide quality management in every detail. To ensure these missions are effectively achieved, Capitol Drywall follows a partnership approach on every assignment it undertakes.
In 1999 Dan and Karl established Selective Demolition and Hauling, which evolved into two separate entities: Selective Demolition, Selective Hauling. Both have emerged as the premier contractor in their respective area of expertise.
In 2002, Dan and Karl’s property management company, Capital Select Properties, LLC, finished work on a 21,000-square-foot building located in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The building is home to Capitol Drywall, Potomac Surfaces, Capitol Select Companies, and Capital Select Properties.
