Interior renovation of government agency headquarters encompassing 10 floors and 432,000 square feet. Amenities include childcare on first floor, several meeting rooms with intricate woodwork on walls and detailed radius ceilings.
Hogan Lovells - The Boro

Multiphase interior renovation of law firm’s Northern Virginia office in The Boro. Scope included two floors of high end finishes and specialty ceilings. Custom drywall shapes made with PanelMax machine. LEED Gold project.
Gartner Offices in CEB Tower

Complete interior fit-out of 350,000 square feet on 12 floors. Scope included food court, cafe seating area, bistros, plus large and small private meeting rooms. Custom drywall shapes made with PanelMax machine. Hand-cut and installed Swiss imported wood ceiling detail in elevator lobbies.
ABT Associates

Eight floor complete fit-out, including framing, drywall, and acoustical ceiling tiles. The high-end detail included a curved axiom on each floor, plus multiple curved walls, and creative finishes.
