Last May we began our Challenge Coin Program – when our Safety Officers perform their routine job site
visits and observe employees being safe, the employee is awarded a Challenge Coin.
When an employee collects four Challenge Coins, he or she can turn them in for $100 cash.
Congratulations to Minerva who was our first $100 recipient!
