The Wharf – Parcel Five Hotels

Exterior and interior framing, drywall hanging, and finishing for 300,000 square foot building featuring two hotels.  The Hilton by Canopy The Wharf, Washington, DC consisted of a 120,000 square foot luxury hotel, while The Hyatt House is an extended stay 145,000 square foot hotel.  Our hotel drywall work included all rooms, plus amenities consisting of restaurants, a fitness center, meeting room space, a courtyard with outdoor terraces, an outdoor pool and a rooftop bar.
