We are working on a 6-story multifamily building in Columbia Heights, Washington, DC for Donohoe Construction.
This is an exciting project for us as the scope includes exterior and interior framing, drywall, and ceilings for a 156 unit building with a penthouse, fitness center and a below grade parking level.
Some of the materials we are using on this project have been prefabricated off site, guaranteeing that we will deliver a product of the highest quality.
We have completed exterior framing through four levels and are working on the demising walls on the ground floor and first level.
